2. SHIPPING COSTS
2.1 The cost of shipping within the borders of South Africa will be added on a once off per-product basis to the same address, see any of the particular product's information pages for these calculations.
2.2 We do not do any International deliveries for physical packages at this time.
2.3 Residents of bordering countries, namely Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland can request that these charges be adjusted.

3. DELIVERIES
3.1 All goods are sent via parcel post inside the borders of South Africa.
3.2 All digital game items will either be sent via E-mail or in-game deliverty systems.
3.3 RPG-BAY makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.

4. REFUNDS
4.1 Gametime Cards or CD Keys will under no circumstances be refunded if already delivered. Certain shipping goods such as game boxes including CD Keys will also be non-refundable. Goods containing digital value such a game currency will be non-refundable, however we will buy game currency at our set prices.
